1. Discovery Call (45 minutes): We start with a conversation with the team leader (the one responsible for the team’s outcomes) to understand your unique challenges and goals:

2. On-Site Team Interview (Half-day): We meet your team on their turf, observing interactions and conducting individual interviews to explore:

4. Team Development Experiential Workshop (1 day): We have fun and learn. You’ll gain practical insights from group discussions, deep connections, and insights from our problem-solving techniques.
5. One-month Follow-up (1/2 day) review data, reflection, accountability, adjustments, and celebration,
6. Second-month Follow-up (1/2 day) deeper evaluation, systemic barriers, feedback, and preparation for independence.
