Meet Mark Gedeon—an experienced training and development professional. He's been in your shoes and knows exactly what it takes to thrive as a new manager. With over 30 years of experience as a Training Manager and Instructional Designer, Mark has helped countless managers find their footing and build the confidence to lead purposefully. He holds a Master’s degree with a focus on adult learning and leadership. He’s crafted hands-on, practical programs that stick and make a difference at every level.

Mark is also a certified facilitator for Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” and “Closing the Execution Gap.” He brings these skills to help you create a personal, actionable game plan.

Meet Jon Gedeon, a Navy veteran and father of three, who has over a decade of management experience in the military, corporate dentistry, and private practice. He has provided a wide range of training for managers and teams in diverse environments.
