Meet Mark Gedeon—an experienced training and development professional who's been in your shoes and knows exactly what it takes to thrive as a new manager. With over 30 years of experience as a Training Manager and Instructional Designer, Mark has helped countless managers find their footing and build the confidence to lead purposefully. Holding a Master’s degree which focused on adult learning and leadership, he’s crafted hands-on, practical programs that stick and make a difference at every level.

Mark is also a certified facilitator for Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” and “Closing the Execution Gap”—skills he brings to help you create a personal, actionable game plan.

More than just a technical expert, Mark is a natural coach. He’s here to guide you through practical tools for needs analysis, change management, and the essential skills that make leading less about ‘surviving’ and more about thriving. His courses aren’t just about learning new techniques—they’re about helping you grow into the leader you’re ready to become.
