2. On-Site Team Interview (Half-day): We meet your team on their turf, observing interactions and conducting individual interviews to explore:

  • Goal alignment

  • Role clarity

  • Collaboration and cohesion

  • Fears and obstacles

  • Communication effectiveness

3. Data Processing & Method Development: We analyze the data and design tailored strategies for team development.

4. Team Development Experiential Workshop (1 day): We have fun and learn. You’ll gain practical insights from group discussions, deep connections, and insights from our problem-solving techniques.

5. One-month Follow-up (1/2 day) review data, reflection, accountability, adjustments, and celebration,

6. Second-month Follow-up (1/2 day) deeper evaluation, systemic barriers, feedback, and preparation for independence.

7. Weekly emails with the team leader (3 months) on clarity, execution, limiting beliefs, and pivots.
